Beautiful Flagstaff classic here, Selling unit because I’m upgrading to larger unit, I had one child at time of purchase and I’m expecting a second child!! Led lights throughout the unit with LED tv in the bedroom and the living room. A/C runs ice cold. We opted for the theater seat options which has heated and massage seats with full recline and cup holders, the other sofa in the unit is spacious and pulls out to the size of a queen bed. Fireplace is my wife’s favorite place to be in front of in the winter as it gets the unit warm fast. Beautiful island space has a foldable side desk for more pre space or just for another counter area. The restroom has spacious cabinets for you towels and the shower is a shower miser, meaning you can circulate the hot water without having it run to your gray so you can jump in when it’s hot. The unit has 108 gallon fresh water tank, 60 gallon gray tank and 40 gallon black tank. I have all the connections for the tanks and will even include a 75 gallon portable waste tote for times you have to pull your waste. Outdoor shower with hot and cold in back of unit, Outside unit has double awnings, outdoor speakers, outdoor kitchen with fridge, sink and gas 2 burner stove top. Unit has WiFi ranger sky 4, if you have SIM card you can get WiFi directly on the unit. The unit comes with 2, 12 volt deep cycle rv batteries and 2, 30 pound propane tanks, both tanks would last me 2 weeks full time living and cooking. Unit has a smart power jack, meaning press of a button and unit goes up or down, also has settings to remember height of your truck for automation. I have all the connections, power cords, leveling blocks for immediate use, I just got the unit back from service in Vacaville camping world. I had the unit exterior and interior sealed to prevent sun damage or water damage inside. Most parts and unit itself should be under warranty since it’s a 2020 model.
