UPDATE! We have an appt to fix the soft spot on March 15th. if you would like to see if after it is fixed let me know.

Front Queen bed, two queen drop-down motorized beds in the back. Pass through storage underneath the front. 1 fold-away dinette/bed. Double kitchen sink. Power hitch, A/C, ducted heat, fuel station, outside shower, new bathroom vent, microwave, 3 burner gas stove and double door fridge/freezer that runs off both electric and gas. Cargo area is approximately 9'8" from back to the kitchen area. It is 6' in between the wheels and the area over each wheel is about 10" wide.
It had a leak in 2018 and it was fixed professionally then. It has one soft spot near the rear drop-down ramp that is 1ft x 1ft.
On board generator (4000 Onan I believe) is included but unknown if it works. It only has 59 hours on it. We are including another generator with the trailer which is the one we've been using. Awning is in fair condition it needs a part that is currently back-ordered.
