This is a 2020 Heartland Sundance 293RL Travel Trailer. It is in excellent condition and is very clean. Used only by non-smokers and no pets. We purchased it new in February of 2020. The trailer is 34’-2” long overall and the dry weight is 7069 lbs. This RV tows easily with a half-ton pickup and comes with a Husky Centerline TS weight distributing hitch that has integrated sway control. It has a power tongue jack, a power awning, power stabilizer jacks, a 46-inch TV, two ducted A/C Units with 50 amp service and has 87 gallon gray water capacity. One of the most desirable features of this trailer is that it has two large opposing slide-outs which opens up a huge living space. Also included is a sewer drain hose, water hose, and a spare tire. A platform entry step is shown and is included but also included is the original aluminum step that folds.
