2018 Forest River, we purchased brand new and have used it since summer of 2018. We have upgraded the mattress and installed a TV. It will come with campground necessities. Hoses, etc. We are upgrading to a fifth wheel and will have no where to store and no real use for this one any longer. Dry weight is 3K and is very easy to tow and very beginner and user friendly. We have loved this trailer we just have decided to go bigger. LOL. It will also come with an E2 weight distribution hitch. Was purchased at Demontrond RV in Houston, Tx and has their lifetime warranty package on it should you choose to continue it. AC blows amazingly cold and keeps this little trailer cold even in the summer months. Big awning with LED lighting and a cold reefer. Please respond with any questions or for more photos.
