This unit is just like new. We purchased our Lance new in May of 2018, but we have only used it twice due to unforeseen family obligations. It is a cozy little unit. Perfect for a single person, couple, or even someone with a couple of kids. The u-shaped dinette makes a nice size bed for extra sleeping.
