The heating and cooling features a 15,000 btu ducted a/c with heatpump in the living area, a 13,500 btu ducted a/c in the bedroom, a 40,000 btu ducted furnace and a 12 gallon gas/electric water heater.
The living area features 8' 8" headroom, solid cherry raised panel cabinets and doors, including solid cherry trim. The living room features an 80" sofa with a queen size hide a bed air mattress, a recliner chair and a custom built corner end table. Also included in the living area are 2 ceiling fans, a 55-inch Samsung TV with home theatre and a Blueray player. Day and night MCD window shades and LED lights, many dimmable, are throughout the unit. An electric Fireplace providing supplemental heat and viewing enjoyment completes the area.

The bed/bath area features 6'7" headroom. The bedroom has a 66"x 80" custom olympic queen sized bed, night stands, a large dresser with numerous drawers, and a 32" Samsung TV with DVD player. The bedroom closet is large incorporating a full length hanging clothes rod, a built in shoe rack, a small chest of drawers and a brand new Splendide 2100xc combination washer/dryer. The bathroom features a Corian vanity, one piece fiberglass shower with glass doors, and a porcelain electric flush toilet.
This unit encompasses features usually found only in high-end Diesel Class A motorcoaches. This fifth wheel is truly must see to appreciate!
