I purchased this camper in September 2017. It has been stored and used at Walden Woods camp ground only. It has only been pulled to the dealership 2 or 3 times (probably a total of 200 miles). I used it more in the winter than in the summer. I put skirting around the bottom to keep the cold air from blowing up underneath, and use 2 large infra red heaters to heat it. The first winter we went weeks without the temperature going above 0. I could keep the temperature at 70 degrees with these 2 heaters. It was a weekend get away for me while living with my 90+ year old mother. I have since purchased a home and am just not using it enough anymore. This price includes a Platinum Ultimate Plus Protection plan for the exterior paint protection and interior surfaces against stains, rips and tears. It also includes the hitch and sway bars. I put a roll up canvas over the bump out and domes on it, replaced the mattress with a Serta queen in the bedroom (barely used), have a memory foam mattress for the pull out sleeper couch, additional jacks to support the bump out, the 2 large infrared heaters, wheel covers, outdoor rug, zero gravity outdoor chairs, outdoor snack table, extra hoses and power cords, a shark vacuum, and much more. The propane grill that came with it has never been used (I always cooked over the fire pit). There is an outdoor kitchen. Fully furnished with utensils, pots and pans. I installed a guard on the screen door to prevent a dog from pushing through the screen. I've used the bunk beds for storage area but they are roomy and spacious (but you couldn't sleep 2 adults on one). The oven has never been used other than to test it. The TV gets great reception with the antenna. I hooked a DVR with WIFI up to the television so I could stream Netflix. I will be happy to include the DVR. It's very easy to winterize yourself and un-winterize. I can include the transfer pump I used to put the antifreeze into the waterlines in the winter. I hate to part with her because she's beautiful, well made, and have many happy memories using it. The length includes the tongue. There are outdoor speakers in the awning.
