In excellent shape, I am the second owner of this unit. I have decided to purchase a fifth wheel and a different floor plan. Just had all new brakes put on, roof inspected and resealed. There has been no major issues with this unit, it's been great. I use the camper to stay in while I am working out of town. I plan on purchasing another Grand Design Reflection because of the customer service and quality of work they have. I do have a pro pride hitch that will be included in this deal, along with a equalizer 2 hitch. The pro pride I bught new when I bought the camper, customer service is great with the hitch if any problems come up. It was just sent it back for a rebuild and put on the E2 until I reinstall the pro pride hitch. The pro pride hitch is a 3k hitch and well worth it. I have pulled this camper going 75mph+ not realizing how fast I was traveling. The tires are in great shape, the added tv in the bunk room is a new smart TV and stays with the camper. The unit does have two air conditioners and I just put a new battery in this fall.

Updated: I have been taking a few calls on the camper seems that a lot of questions are answered in my description that I am being asked so please read before contact. It is a non smoker unit. I use this camper to stay in when I take jobs out of town. Right now I am outside of Philadelphia on a project. I do not yet have a time frame when I will have the camper back in Georgia. Everything is in working order no issues, I have had the camper in temperatures down to the single digits and in triple digit heat, no issues.
