Sleeps 11. 4 bunk beds in the back (one is oversized and converts into a sofa), a queen bed in the front (with upgraded residential mattress, but the original short mattress will go with the camper as well), and the sofa and dinette in the living room both make into beds. The bunkhouse keeps the sleeping quarters separate from the living area and also has a large closet for all of the kids' clothes, toys, etc.

The bathroom has an attractive shower with curved glass doors and is accessible with the slideouts in (important for those stops between campgrounds). A skylight above the shower adds natural light to the bathroom.

The kitchen island with double-sink is perfect for preparing meals with extra countertop space, gas range and oven, microwave and very large pantry.The living room also boasts a large LCD Television with built-in CD/DVD player/Radio and soundsystem (with Bluetooth) and an electric fireplace that provides both warmth and ambiance. Even when it's chilly outside, this heater (running off the campground's electricity) is usually enough to keep the camper warm. There is, of course, a furnace and an air conditioner (both ducted) as well as wiring for a second, optional roof-mounted air conditioner. Another skylight with retractable shade provides natural lighting here as well.

Having the master bedroom in the front, offers privacy (a rare commodity while camping) from the bunks in the back. There is a mount and wiring for a television in this room if you so desire.

This camper is nicely equipped with everything you need for a home away from home, gas/electric refrigerator, gas/electric water heater, LED lighting, an outdoor kitchen with another refrigerator, gas cooktop, sink, large LCD Television, and CD/DVD/Radio with sound system and Bluetooth. Among the many great upgrade features is 50 Amp electrical connections.

The $550 Equalizer E2 Hitch and receiver are included in the sale. We can throw in a bunch of accessories that you might want (e.g. wheel chocks, leveling pads, hitch lock, sewer hose and tote, electrical cords, plumbing, hoses, adapters, filters, etc.)
