Nearly new 2021 Alliance Paradigm 310RL. My wife and I purchased this late last year and added over $20k in electrical system upgrades in anticipation of camping off grid. After using it for only a couple weeks, we've decided it is just too big for the way we like to travel. We've worked out all the kinks in the RV so you don't have to. Fully ready to live off-grid, no generator needed. No pets have been in the RV.

* 300 amp hour 24 volt lithium battery bank (600 amp hours @ 12v)
* 1200 watt Renogy solar panel system
* Full Victron system, including:
* 3000 watt Multiplus 24v inverter
* Victron MPPT 100v/50a solar charge controller

* 140 amp Victron 24v -> 12v step down converters to run all the 12v systems
* Onboard EPO Watchdog sure protector with Bluetooth connectivity

* Long swing TV wall mount arm
* Bookshelf and wine rack behind TV, now that the space is accessible with the TV swing mount
* Upgraded stereo speakers in entertainment system
* Winegard router with LTE cellular connection and Wi-Fi as WAN
* Bike mounts in basement and generator storage area
* Organization items like key hanger near door, fitted bins in open cabinet space near door

The Alliance Paradigm fifth wheels are some of the best on the market. We looked long and hard before settling on the Alliance. It was the only rig with the quality we wanted and needed. Some items we like that makes the Alliance 310RL feel like home:

Willing to sell for $62,999 without the batteries & inverter (single deep cycle 12v battery instead). Solar panels and Victron battery monitor/touch screen will stay, regardless.
