Large a/c unit and already prewired for a second. 50 amp service. 60 gallon holding tank for off grid camping. Dry bathroom. Holding tank heater pad installed. 30 gallon fueling station. Prewired for generator, but comes with a tounhe generator rack with a generator to run the entire unit. Two televisions one out back for the kiddos and one in the front bedroom. Electric awning with led strip light under it. Rear loading lights. Outside hose set up to hose off the toys after a day of riding. All aluminum with no wood to rot.
