We purchased this about 7 months ago now. We have used it 5 or 6 times and absolutely love it but do not have the time to take it out anymore and want it to go to a family that will put it to its full use. Everything works properly, it is still under warranty as well. There are a few items that do need repair but it would be covered under the manufacturer warranty which is transferrable, I just truly do not have the time to take it.

-Blinds on rear bedroom fall off (screws need to be repaired)
-The front upper roof vent window screw bolt that opens and closes it
-Flap for the exhaust fan came off when it was purchased.
