The bunkhouse is great for kids and the bedroom has a new upgraded queen mattress for the adults. The outdoor kitchen is amazing and makes outdoor cooking and cleanup a breeze. The dry weight of this unit is around 7100 lbs. The 2nd door for the bathroom is very handy and helps cut down on dirt inside the camper. 40' Television is mounted and included in the price as well. There is also a 32' Television in the bunkhouse that is included. The awning lights need to be replaced as they went out halfway through the camping season in 2020. They are around 150 dollars to replace. I have reflected the cost of this replacement in the listed price of this unit. The value of this unit is near 30k. The trailer was parked at a campground for the past 18 months in East Tawas, Michigan and hasnt been hauled around. This is a great trailer and will make some family very happy!
