Great floor plan with mid bunk/office and large loft. In the bunk room your choice of a twin bed or fold out sofa. The trailer is in great shape and we are non-smokers. A few of the great features of this camper are: residential style dining with 4 chairs, 8.5’ ceilings in living area, 10.5’ wide from wall to wall with slides open, reclining theater seating with heat and massage, 4-door 18 cf refrigerator. Lots of storage throughout, washer dryer connections, prewired for solar, 2 awnings, and a huge basement. New roof installed in August 2020 due to slight tears from tree branch. We love this trailer and bought it for work living and no longer need it for this purpose. Upgrades include Goosebox 20k hitch, Cummins Onan RV OG 5500LP Generator, Haloview RD7 Camera system 7” HD monitor for up to 4 cameras (rear and side cameras included), Sumo Springs, Maxxair fan with rain sensor in kitchen, and Maxxair vent covers on all vents.
