**Warranty on all electrical, mechanical, plumbing** We are selling our 39' 330 RLS Sandpiper 5th wheel. The only modifications we have done is add a second AC unit over top of the bedroom. It has been stored a mixture of inside, but mostly outside since 2016 and we personally have not used it since that time, 2016. It is being stored in Palm Beach Gardens, Fl. We are currently living in North Carolina. Everything is in good working order. It has 3 slideouts. It has a queensized bed with large closet and dresser built in. The couch and 2 recliners are leather and the couch folds out into a bed for 2 people. Propane gas stove with large kitchen. It has powered front leveling jacks with electric rear stabilizers. Has powered awning. Electric fireplace with stereo. Central Vac system. Dry weight is 11,500. We will upload a Youtube video of the RV down below. For the warranty, there is a $75 transfer fee, that we will offer to pay. The warranty expires in October of this year, 2021. I can provide a photo for proof of warranty and any contact info for the warranty.
