I lived in the unit from May until Halloween. It's extremely solid for 8 years old. To my knowledge it's never been smoked in and doesn't show that it's been abused. The previous owner was backed into which ripped off the ladder. It caused no body damage other than the toy box vent which is replaceable. Some trim and weather stripping could be replaced but does not cause any leaks or mechanical issues. When I had it inspected in April '20, they said it was extremely solid for the age the roof was an excellent shape. I spent around $4,000 getting it updated and fixing any issues at that time. I installed a air ride gooseneck hitch as well as the heavy aluminum four step stairs for the main door. As you can see in the pictures on the passenger side the previous owner had a tire blowout causing damage to the slide out flare and rear skirting in front of the back door. This does not cause any mechanical issues or structural issues and therefore I have not messed with it. I was told the tires were new two years ago. Almost all plumbing fixtures were new in April, I spent around $300 getting the generator ready to run, I had the carb rebuilt in July but needs a sensor to run 100%. The generator will and does run. All jacks work, all slides work, all awnings work, the auto vent in the kitchen works, all bathroom and roof vents work. All light bulbs were new in April. I never found any soft spots or rot. I have a ton of keys copied for it. The original Reese 20K fifth wheel hitch is also included however does not have the bed rails. That hitch is an $1100 hitch All plumbing fixtures were new in April. All new interstate batteries were installed, it has two 30+/- gallon unleaded tanks.

Asking $34500 OBO. Motivated Seller
