Rare quad-bunk floor plan. Great for kids/families. Low miles (32650), runs great, everything works, 435 hrs on Onan 4000 MicroQuiet generator. Cabin batteries replaced Dec 2019, upgraded flooring. Added outside shower. Big engine (8.1 L) can tow between 4,700-6620 lbs, 100 gal gas tank, 36 gallon fresh water tank. 5 seat belts. It is registered as a 2002 Chevy, but the Forest River Model RV is 2003. Not sure why that is, but one guy was real confused about it so I figure I'd put it out there.

**Known issues: Some de-lamination on exterior siding, Alignment is slightly off. Exhaust pipe on generator is loose.

So bad news: I  randomly lifted up the cab over mattress today (2/14/21) and found mold. Long story short, I took some molding off to see what the issue was and found the previous owner or dealership where I bought it from (Bretz RV in Billings, MT) put a clean piece of wood over existing water damaged base and hid it from me when I bought it. So frustrating. Bottom line, it’s going to need work. Since I’m not an RV mechanic, I have no idea how much that would be. This will obviously lower the selling price, but not sure how much. Also, not sure if anyone would even be interested in a RV that will need this type of repair. I will try to take it to an RV mechanic in the next couple weeks to get an estimate. My plan is to let this 8 week RVTrader ad run out (3/5/21), but if you are a handy person who knows how to work on RV’s, maybe this is a good way to get a cheaper RV you could fix and flip or keep for yourself. Make an offer and see if we can work something out.  I left the price at $20k in the description as I have no idea how much this worth now that I found this issue and RVTrader won’t let me leave the price blank.
