This unit is in excellent condition the tires were up graded in June of 2019 to Goodyear endurance load range E. The mattress was upgraded and has always had a mattress protector on it.

There are still three years left on the extended WARRANTY (transferable).
New RV cover included.
The cargo rack has been modafied to carry two ten foot kayaks or still used for cargo, backup camera included and already installed.
I have also installed a hand rail on the stairs and a key rack by the thermostat in the hallway see photos
