This is a Platinum 220TB. A luxury B+ cruiser. I am the second owner and purchased the RV with 8065 miles. This is an amazing all season coach, built for two, very aerodynamic with minimal wind buffeting. It is also very quiet on the road. This is a stock platinum and all the specs can be found on the Coach House web site. The only modification made was the addition of a Waste Master sewer hose assembly and upgraded the beds to memory foam. Current list price for this model is around $175K and you must wait a year for delivery. This has been a very trouble free rig. You can park in just about any space as it is about the length of a long wheel base pickup. We wish not to sell but due to family matters we must. Located on the central coast of California.
