Great for full time living. Was purchased with salvage title in Oct. 2013. The only problem was a soft floor in the dining room slide witch was repaired with a 3/4" ply overlay. Excel limited came with the best. Disc brakes, 17.5 tires and wheels, see level II tank monitors. solid hickory cabinets. All Hydraulic slides and stabilizers. I pulled and used this unit very much and found not other issues. NADA low retail 40k.
