This camper comes fully equiped. Weight distribution tow hitch , surge protector, water hose,pots and pans, blankets and pillows, dishes, silverware, ect . Spare tire,leveling jacks,awning.Wall mounted TV. All you need is a vehicle to tow it !! At 3700 lbs and with Dual axles it tows great !! Camper had leaked in the storage area prior and was repaired before we bought it and hasn't leaked in the 3 years we've had it. Doesn't affect it at all.
