This coach was professionally serviced annually and most recently in October. Full chassis lube, generator, and all appliances. It passed smog in Dec so there is no need to re-smog at sale/purchase, good through Feb. The interior is in particularly good condition for a 2010. The pictures speak for themselves. They were taken on 3 Jan, 2021. The exterior decals are somewhat fading and peeling, especially on the driver’s side where it gets the most sun. Normal amount of dings and scratches.

Issues:Gas water heater ignitor is not working. It still lights with a lighter, so the issue is with the ignitor and not the whole unit. The electric water heater works fine.There are bed mounted DVD players in the two bunks which have fuse issues. The actual fuse holder retaining clips are broken so they will not stay closed. In-line fuse links will need to be replaced if you want these operable.Black water tank sensor shows one light when empty.

For serious buyers, happy to describe/show cosmetic issues prior to you driving over to look at it but these listed issues are the only known inoperable items.

Tows like a champ. I pull a 14’ trailer with 3 bikes and a side x side with no issues. Pull in, hit the hydraulic jacks, slide outs, and auto-satellite and you are done. NADA average retail for this coach with this mileage is $51,534.
