This is listed $25,000 under NADA Low retail value because it spent the last two years as a rental and subsequently has many minor defects. I don't want to waste your time or mine, so I will include everything both good and bad about the rig that I am aware of. Price is firm and fair for condition. 108,012 miles. 36.5 ft long. Caterpillar C7 motor.

The good - 350hp motor has been a workhorse for us. It pulled our mini clubman and family of 4 from Alaska with no problems on even the speepest of grades. It drives very well and is a nice ride. Never had slide or leak issues. Tires are in good condition. Fridge had recent work done and works great. New house and engine batteries. Auto leveling works well. The rental company performed all scheduled maintence on engine and generator. Unless listed below, everything works as it should and is in good condition. This rig would be perfect for someone wanting the comforts of a Class A, while staying on budget. Especially if you wanted to remodel things anyways.

The bad - The A/C needs an unknown amount of work. It doesn't cool well and I don't know if it needs a simple servicing or completely replaced. The engines water pump has had a slow leak for 3 years now. We just add coolant as needed, but it will likely need replaced eventually. Those are the only two expensive items. The carpet is stained. The carpet has a tear on the entry steps. Small tear on screen door. The blinds need replacing. One windshield wiper is missing. Two of the bathroom mirros have fallen off the wall (they were factory glued on and the glue recently failed). There is a section of flooring that is raised up around a heat registar. The windshield has 3 very small cracks from rock impacts. High mileage on the engine and hours on the generator, but they are both diesel and still going very strong. Its 14 years old and hasn't ever had a makeover.
