2016 Pace Arrow 38B Unit is in very good condition. The 6.7 liter Diesel has plenty of power but has very good fuel millage, I pulled a full size Dodge Ram 4x4 and averaged 12.4 miles to the gallon.
The right side slideout is near full lenth of the unit,The left slideout is the Kitchen area,about 12 feet.
It is fully contained,It has a Diesel 5000 watt Generator.
itcarries 100 gallons of fresh water,75 gallons gray and 75 black water.
