This is ready to camp - includes stainless propane grill, coffee maker, all plates and utensils, two outdoor tables, two chairs, airline track hooks/straps, interior carpets, extra chemicals, a 12 volt TV with exterior mount, power cords, sewer piping, and a ground mat which fits under the power awning. Equipped with a rear screen/glass enclosure, and cables that convert the ramp to a rear porch. Used 6-8 times, always stored inside, and is in like new condition.

Is under transferable factory warranty until March 2021, has each ATC option except generator, fuel system, and solar charging. I can email the factory build sheet separately.
