*** BELOW BOOK VALUE ***This 2016 Wildcat 323RBX by Forest River is the perfect family friendly fifth wheel. With two full bathroom, a bunk house, and sleeping space for up to eight people, what is stopping you from getting this model today? It is used so it has typical wear and tear but nothing major. All appliances work great. It does have outdoor speakers, surround sound, LED light strip under the awning for a great amount of lighting.

As you step inside the fifth wheel to the left there is a l-shaped counter with a double kitchen sink, three burner range, microwave, refrigerator, and pantry. On the opposite side of the fifth wheel the slide has a Reclining Loveseat, dinette, and the slide continues into the bunkhouse with the closet and a set of bunks. Back in the living area, adjacent to the sofa you will find a 39" LED HDTV.

In the bunk house the slide has a top bunk with room below for a small desk, another bed, or whatever you want to put there, and a closet. On the opposite side of the room there is another slide with an entertainment center on the bottom and a bunk above the entertainment center.

Off of the bunk house there is a bathroom with a sink, toilet, and 36" tub. There is a private entrance door leading outside from the bathroom.

Proceeding back toward the front of the fifth wheel, step up to the bathroom and bedroom. The bathroom is on the left as you reach the top of the stairs. Inside the bathroom you will find a toilet, corner shower, sink, and medicine cabinet. From the bathroom you can enter the bedroom through the private bedroom entrance.

Inside the bedroom there is a queen bed. There are nightstands on either side of the bed. Across from the bed the wall is TV prepped for your convenience. TV's might stay with reasonable offer. Along one wall there is a slide with a linen cabinet, wardrobe, desktop and drawers.

The outside kitchen has a sink, overhead cabinet, and mini fridge!

Below the Master bedroom is a huge full storage bin that you can get to from either side.

We did take out the wrap around table that makes into a bed but we do still have it if that is something you would prefer instead of the little bar table.
