Description

Priced below market for quick sale! This has been the perfect RV for our family and we are heartbroken to have to sell but our circumstances make it so that it's better for us to part ways with it at this time. Rare, retro Winnebago that is a head turner for sure! Low mileage, clean, and the perfect size for your travel needs. We love the configuration - king size bed in the master, split bathroom with full standing shower and generous toilet and sink area. Close the screen for privacy and open the bathroom door for a larger, full bath/master suite feel. The couch folds down like a futon bed, the dinette converts into a bed, and there is an automated studio loft bed that is extra long and cozy. Kitchen is a traveling chef's dream! Gas stove, oven, microwave and full refrigerator. Commercial-style kitchen faucet with double sink. This is one of the rare RV's that still gives you full functionality while the slides are closed, so if you're stopping somewhere quick for a snack, bathroom or nap, you don't have to worry about your essential areas being blocked off. It's a Class A, gas powered RV. Big enough for all of your needs but the perfect size at 31ft so that you can get into and stay at all of the National Parks. If you're stopping somewhere quick, it pulls straight into a double parking space. It's big enough so that you don't need to leave anything behind, yet nimble enough so that you're not missing out on opportunities to squeeze around into tight spaces. Ample storage below RV and a ton of storage within. Full-wall closets with large drawers in the master. Upper and lower cabinets and drawers in the bathroom. Coat closet at entrance. Netted and upper slide cabinets throughout the entire RV from bedroom in the back all the way through kitchen, living/dining, to the top of the cockpit. TV in the bedroom as well as large, pop-up TV in living/dining area. The TV is positioned so that you can comfortably watch TV from the couch without straining your neck in a weird position (rare!) and if you don't want to spoil your view of the great outdoors, the TV disappears behind the dinette with the push of a button. Great for boondocking - large fresh water, gray water, and black tanks as well as propane and generator keep you comfortably where you want to be! Feel free to message for additional information!
