We also upgraded to the Continental all-season tires as well.

Right now the RV is at the dealer to replace the LCI computer for the leveling jacks, however, other than that as noted it's in like-new condition with no exterior or interior problems. We are pricing it at the average for NADA as we'd like to not store it after it's completed with repairs, not as a reflection of the condition.
