Extra clean inside and out. No issues. Outside kitchen, Outside shower, New carpet and Massage recliners. New couch. New bunk bed mattress . New bar stools. Tires like new. Everything works like new. I am very picky and was planning to go on a national park tour with my ex and kids. Long story short, we broke up, now I'm downsizing for myself and a friend. I don't need all this room and space, it's a waste. This is a Coachman by Chaparral 392MBL model if you are looking online for specs or video or price comparison's. I know I'm going to take a loss so I am dropping the price from 38,400 to 32,500. I am currently buying a small toy hauler instead, so it is what it is and I have to sell her. You won't be dissapointed, It's super nice. I've never used it once since I did all the upgrades.
