Of course not everything is perfect because the rig is 13 years old. I think it’s the honest thing to do to disclose everything that I know is wrong with the rig. Most people will not do this, but I think it's the honest thing to do since you'll find out anyway.

The RV has 3 waste tanks that will leak where the vent pipe meets the tank due to old sealant.

One of the arms of the awning had a plastic piece break which prevents proper lockout. It's still usable, but not as secure. The fabric is also old but functional.

In the living room slide wood in one corner gives a bit, but it hasn't affected the slide performance and was like that when we bought it.

There is super minor delamination in the rear of the RV and slightly soft wood around the rear which again was there when we bought it. It hasn't gotten any worse in the last 3 years. We haven't found any leaks.

No RV ladder in the rear.

The external shower attachment broke years ago (brittle plastic). I never used it so I never bothered to replace it. It's not a hard or expensive fix.

There is wood rot under the kitchen sink that has been the same the last 3 years.

The bedroom AC is not wired to the breaker panel because I couldn't find a path through the walls to run the wire.

The RV is in storage in Sarasota, FL and we can meet you there to show it off. We have a generator on site and will power the RV so you can see that all systems are working.

Because I’m already telling you what’s wrong with it, I’m trying to avoid the game of “start at a high list price, then you come find out what’s wrong with it and make a much lower offer”. Our list price is based on what other comparable units across the country are listed for and not arbitrary.

We have the title and own it outright. Price is firm and will slowly reduce price until it sells.
