Update; A prospective buyer had found minor damage to the floor from what I believe is a rain event withg the roof vents open as the two areas of damage are near the roof vents. To offset this, I am dropping the price to $7,000.
Like new. I am the second owner and I got it to sit at a home building site and do not need it. I am good friends with the original owners and know they did not use it that much. They said everything works and they had recently stayed over camping and it worked fine. The battery is powered down as I have no power at the storage site. I do have a generator so can power up and test a couple things. Essentially there are so many things to test on an rv, you rely on the integrity of the seller to purchase.
