This pop up is in very good condition no tears no rips on canvas or plastics all zippers work perfectly there's a toilet inside and a shower set up outside new tires and registration up to date till 2024. Furnace, Ac unit in mint condition and clean filters. Stove, oven, microwave and refrigerator work and run good water pump is a year old . when we purchase it had to replace tires are new and we added a lift. the dining table is not included but we used a small folding table from costco and it fits perfectly. please contact me for any question or additional pictures.
