This park model is new. It was purchased for my father but he passed away before he could use it. It has never been slept in or used in any way. I did widen the inside doors to accomodate his mobility scooter and the aluminum ramp is included with the price. It is therefore also ideal for someone with mobility issues. I have not yet reinstalled the interior doors but will do it as part of price negotiation if desired.

It was purchased in Sept. and is therefore still under warranty. There is a loan so some paperwork will be involved in the transfer of title.
