This warranty covers all chassis mechanical and most house items. I purchased the warranty when I purchased the coach and I have used it to mitigate some otherwise expensive repairs. In motion Satelite replaced last year. All TVs upgraded, this unit has 2 separate home theater systems. One in the living area and the other in the master bedroom. Outside TV and stereo system watch antenna or Satelite on any TV. I believe this vehicle had every option offered on the 40K in 2009. Full pass through basement with 2 pull out racks, you can haul a massive amount of gear with you. The best part of all for my money is this is a bath and a half unit. Which basically means no one needs to tramp through your private bedroom to use the head. Plus the owners have their own private en-suite bathroom. King sleep number bed is the master accommodation and as comfortable as any bed you've ever owned. Auxiliary accommodation is a queen sleeper sofa with a inflatable air mattress. Comfortable even for adults not the back breaker. I have slept on both and the sleeper is way more than adequate for any guests traveling with you. The coach has some checking of the clear coat on the driver side and front top, one of the baggage doors has a dent.  The warranty will transfer to you in the sale and that is a good thing lots of peace of mind and value as I have used it extensively. I have traveled with ease during all of this COVID business and done so happily. Have a great 2021 and enjoy life before you die from COVID or the next thing around the bend.
