Description
We loved the spacious interior with the 5 slide outs & the outdoor kitchen. Felt like a 1 bedroom apartment as the living room was able to be closed off from the rest of the home with sliding french doors. Hubby likes it cooler at night so on those colder winter nights I would close off the living, turn the fireplace up to fry (I like it warm and toasty) & snooze on the queen size sofa bed while watching Hallmark on the 45" smart TV. The living room has new reclining theater seating, a skylight that can be opened for additional ventilation, a ceiling fan & loads of windows. Gourmet kitchen with center island, solid surface countertops with loads of cabinets & drawers. Appliances include a Residential French Door refrigerator with ice maker, 3 burner gas stove with oven (yes you can actually bake in this oven), built in microwave, and double sink. Central Vacprecludes lugging around a huge vacuum cleaner and quick and easy with the added feature of sweeper that turn it on with your toes. The bedroom has a king size bed with side shelves, an actual linen closet with shelves & 2 laundry bags, a full width walk in closet with a 3 drawer chest hanging space above the combo washer/ dryer with plenty of room for shirts & blouses. A large sets of shelves completes the master closet). Over top of the 4 drawer dresser is a 32" TV. Great master bath with large shower with seat, medicine cabinet, sink cabinet & cabinet over the toilet. We loved the great outdoor kitchen that had additional cabinets, microwave, sink, removable gas grill and large beer fridge. It was perfect for entertaining on those warm winter nights and having friends over for dinner or drinks and snacks. An electric outdoor awning provided additional shading on sunny South Florida days. Hubby loved the automatic leveling system and the 30 lb. propane tanks (2) so when one was empty you just turned the other one on and you had a few extra days to get the propane tank filled. The tires were replaced this year before we drove down to Florida so only about 1200 miles on them. At home the trailer was on a level driveway and covered at all times. The 5th wheel only made 4 trips to Florida & 1 trip to Niagara Falls and has less than 20,000 miles. It was always pulled by the same truck which also has less than 20,000 miles. I absolutely loved this home as it was perfect for us but also gave us enough room for when we needed space.
