There is no roof leaks in this RV - beware of Class C's and roof leaks. Know what to look for in a used unit. New New memory foam mattress installed in 2018. New air bag's where installed in 2020 and the transmission, rear and motor have been maintained with Redline sythetic fluids. in 2019 a new dyno may performance exhaust was also installed to help with hill climbing and fuel economy. This RV has many many hours of updates, upgrades, and refreshing to make her modern, enjoyable to drive, and reliable.too much to list. This RV was originally from Texas. We put over 35,000 miles on her since 2018 driving all over Texas, Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, Okalahoma, and Florida. She is rust free and solid. You will not be disappointed. Too much to list and say about this RV, it will be hard to let her go. The only thing left, that I did not et to yet - replacnig the exterior graphics - they are original and could use a refesh if you care. The exterior buff's out very good - nice shine. I had this unit buffed with three coats of rubbing compound 2 years back and have maintanined it with annualy polishing (using a professional buffing machine). It could use a re-buff now - but its 10 degrees out. I would be happy to give it a fresh shine for a buyer - IF the weather gets back to the 50's for a few days.

I would not hesitate to take this unit cross country tomorrow, if I chose to do so. It is ready to drive.
