This 2016 Class A Pace Arrow LXE diesel coach model 38B by Fleetwood RV is perfect for a growing family. This unit features a full wall slide out making the interior feel spacious and inviting. A second opposing slide in the main living area adds to that feeling even more when extended. The interior is modern, appealing, and welcoming.

Step inside in front of the passenger seat. To the right, a 32” LED TV is mounted above the cab area. Looking left you see plenty of seating with the start of the full wall slide. There is a u-shaped dinette (81" x 44") with built-in air mattress and includes seat belts. There are built-in storage drawers below the dinette bench seating which are subtle to the design. Ample storage is above the sleeper sofa (70"), while there is plenty of storage, in general, extending through this section of the cabin. Functional and useful lighting is sprinkled throughout.

The kitchen slide features a residential sized refrigerator, a three-burner gas cook-top and generous divided kitchen sink. The area includes ample cabinets and drawers for storage and organization both above and below the natural stone counter. An impressive 42" LED TV is mounted in the corner of the kitchen slide and can be easily viewed by any seating angle in the area.

Heading toward the rear of the unit is a bathroom on the right. Inside the bath is a corner shower with contour dome skylight for taller users, a toilet, and vanity with sink. Storage and useful space is well designed in this area. Opposite the bath is a set of bunk beds (28" x 73") both having tilt down monitors and reading lights. Sliding doors are provided for privacy.

The rear of this Pace Arrow model 38B offers an impressive master bedroom with ample comfort thanks to the queen bed and nightstand. Along the rear wall is a large wardrobe, and stackable washer and dryer so you don't have to stop to take care of laundry and delay having more fun during travel. Mounted across from the bed is a 32" LED TV, plus additional storage.

Moving outside, the unit includes an awning above the main entrance door and a full-length motorized awning which provides ample shade along the length of the coach. An outside entertainment unit with TV and speakers is stored behind a locked door. There is ample storage in the basement.

When not in use, the coach is stored indoors year-round. This is a well-cared for motor home both inside and out.
