A 4x4 tiny home or a weekend adventure vehicle in this exceptionally clean conversion. This is a new build on the same platform used for design development. New Alpine speakers, Alpine amp, and bluetooth receiver installed for remote media play. Rixen D5 WS Hydronic system powered by diesel, house batteries, or shore power provides on-demand hot water, hot air, and engine pre-heat. Dometic Penguin II Air Conditioner (with Micro-air EasyStart) powered by house batteries or shore power provides cold air. 4 coats of Lizard Skin insulation (acoustic and thermal) applied throughout interior. Every nook and cranny filled with recycled denim. Cabinets are welded aluminum frames, milled redwood/beech plywood panels finished with marine spar varnish. Full depth drawers (8 ea + 1 containing the Whynter FM-65g refrigerator), upper cabinet, and forward compartment (above cab) provide abundant storage. Bed frame is welded angle aluminum with ultra lightweight aircraft paneling (also used for drawer bottoms). Dometic 2-burner RV/Marine Propane Cooktop w/Glass lid and 5 lb. propane storage tank. City water hookup is filtered, stainless steel sink, retractable kitchen faucet, 15 gallons fresh water storage, 5 gallons grey water storage, outdoor shower w/curtain/changing area. Unique bed storage (against the ceiling) provides maximum daytime usable space, 5' 10 1/2" headroom, and the bed is always made !!! This bed can easily be positioned up or down by an averaged ability individual. I motorized the prototype successfully and this van is wired for it if you so desire. Additional sleeping on converted "couch" - a perfect hide-a-way for a youngster (or anyone 5’ 8” or less). Thetford Porta Potti is also a seat, ottoman, and step for getting in and out of bed.
