This rig has 15,000 miles and has been very gently used. I had a "must-haves" list when I went shopping for this unit. The FR3 30DS checked all the boxes.king bed, roomy shower, large outdoor TV, plenty of sleeping space, and a huge refrigerator. You will not find all of these features in any one rig at this price point.

We have also UPGRADED many things in this RV including:
1. Installed a Roadmaster steering stabilizer
2. Upgraded leather/fabric on booth and sofa bed
3. Installed backsplash in kitchen/bath
4. Both A/C's were updated with Dometic filter system
5. Upgraded and installed a window with shade on the door
6. Installed screen door grab bar
7. New LED lights installed throughout
8. Upgraded shower head
9. Brand new awning installed
10. Bunk bed actuators replaced
11. Upgraded headlights to LED

This rig also has a Good Sam's Extended Service Plan that is transferable to the new owner. (2.5 years left on this warranty)
