Very well maintained, everything in great condition and works as it should. Tires in good shape. When I purchased in May 2019, I had it professionally checked for leaks and 4 minor spots were found and sealed. There is no water damage anywhere. Replaced old mattress with 10" thick memory foam mattress last year. Old, uncomfortable couch has been replaced with a daybed with a trundle. Has been occupied in all seasons, heat gets nice and hot and A/C gets very cold. Has 3 burner gas cooktop, refrigerator can work on gas or electric. Power awning in great condition. Lots of cabinet and storage space! Was told previous owners stored it in a covered area when not in use, I had it covered last winter as well.
