The main slide out in the living area has the dinette and couch. Makes it very spacious and comfortable inside. The overall length is 31 feet. The kitchen is on the passenger side. It is very open inside and has plenty of natural light coming in and very comfortable. Includes A/C, furnace, microwave with vent, refrigerator, 3 burner stove and oven. The upstairs has a closet toilet. the shower and sink are open to the bedroom, this makes it easy to dress and shower in the large space. It has 3 vents fans, 1 in each room, new electric vent over the bed, the main living area has a remote-control vent. The exterior has some pealing decals, like almost all trailers of this year.

Includes a used portable Honda 2000iE generator. This trailer does not have a built in generator like most non- toy hauler trailers.

Truck. Ford F350, V10, Super Duty, 4 door super cab, 2003, red, grey interior, 165k miles. Great shape. Bed cover, air bags, 16K Reese 5th wheel hitch. Very minor body damage, just a couple of small dents. Unfortunately, the paint on the roof and hood are oxidizing. Runs great, update sound system.
