**Under contract!**

Low mileage, great RV to take your family on the road! Lots of recent mechanical work to keep it fully functioning including tires (front are a few months old, back are 2 years old), emergency brake, replaced front air struts, oil change, batteries, LED cabin lights, replacement curtains, generator servicing, etc. Engine runs great! We bought it for a big west coast family trip and put in around 5k miles and it did great! Happy to talk anyone through all the little nuances that come with an older model RV. Comes with a cell signal booster. Recently upgraded smart TV. Mechanicals run great including fridge (on power and LP), stove, A/C, water pump, tanks, etc.

A few items, as one could imagine on an older model RV, are less than perfect (Canopy isn't great, leveling jacks are nice but not needed and need to have hydraulics rebuilt, had some exterior scratches) and we promise full transparency on everything (Old owners left us a few surprises and don't want to do the same to others!).
