We purchased this brand new and are the only owners. It has approximately 3 hours of travel on it as we drove it home from Apache Village and then to the outdoor RV park that we have kept it. It is in perfect condition as we only stayed in it maybe 60 days. You can keep the 10 inch Sleep Master memory foam queen mattress that was purchased in 2020 as well as the propane and wheel covers (all tan/beige). The only reason we are getting rid of the trailer so soon is because we decided to purchase a permanent residence near "our" lake. Kindly note the slide is not open in the personal photos, but it is 110% functioning. Awning, too. :)
