It was delivered to me in August of 2019. It’s in excellent condition, one owner, non-smoker, and has only been used less than a year. Once delivered it was only towed about 40 highway miles. It is 32.5 feet in length, and has 3 large slides with toppers, tinted windows, and daylight blinds. It’s wired for solar, has the polar package, TV antenna, and dual AC units. Everything works as it should. It is currently sitting with full hook-ups, so all systems can be verified. The awning is brand new, and was replaced under warranty a few weeks ago.
It sleeps 4 if using the queen hideaway bed. The original (full-length, not RV short) queen mattress has been used very little and can be put back in, but most people choose to put their own in, so I left it out.
Lots of storage cabinets, including a full closet, linen cabinet, and pantry. Huge pass-through basement compartment, outside front compartment, and under-bed storage. It has stainless appliances, an electric fireplace, LED lights throughout, an indoor-outdoor AV system, outdoor kitchen, outdoor shower, and two thirty pound propane tanks.
It has been thoroughly cleaned, so all you need to do is add your clothes, accessories, food, and go enjoy.
