Active duty Marine full-timer looking to downsize while I'm at college. this camper is a home and has served me and my family well. I would like to be clear: I am deeply attached to this camper and have treated her well. I don't really want to part ways with it, however the campgrounds in the area of my college cannot accommodate fifth wheels of this size. She is not in showroom state, but she is ready to tackle just about anything you could ever throw at her.
If you are unfamiliar with this model, I put links towards the bottom which provide the technical details. Some details:
-Full-time, year round living ready
-Master bedroom w/ king size bed (storage below,  3 inch memory foam topper), dresser, HUGE closet, washer/dryer and nightstands WITH outlets
-Full bathroom, medicine cabinet, DEEP linen closet, full shower w/bench, full-sized toilet.
-Full kitchen w/ island, 3 burner stove, oven, & SO much more!
Some improvements from the standard 2017 Keystone Montana 3950BR Legacy Edition include:
-Main AC replaced with a brand-new Dometic Blizzard AC unit (their top model, works flawlessly)
-All in one Splendide 210 XC washer/dryer
-2 inch receiver custom fabricated replacing the stock 1 inch receiver.
-Oxygenics Body spa low flow, water saving shower head.
-51 inch LG LCD TV in living room(upgraded mounting bracket installed)
-42 inch Samsung LCD TV mounted in bunkhouse
-34 inch Insignia LCD tv installed in bedroom
-WeBoost DriveX signal booster installed including inside and outside antennas.
-In cabinet lighting installed in kitchen pantry
3 inch memory foam mattress topper ($300) on the king bed.
I have always been, and intend to remain, an honest man. There are a few cosmetic flaws in addition to the typical blemishes of a camper that has seen some glory down here in the panhandle. I am in the process of pricing out these repairs but want you to know exactly what is being worked on/may still need work if you are interested:
-Front storage door has a quarter-sized hole in the center.
-Bathroom and living room MaxxFan air vents need new gearboxes. Motors work, the gearboxes are just inop so the vent covers do not prop up.
-Bathroom vent cover needs to be replaced.
***I am currently living in this beautiful home, and am 100% okay with having you over to look it over/answer any questions you may have.
***With the downsizing of the RV, I will also be downsizing from my 2010 F450 King Ranch (BW fifth wheel hitch installed) truck as well. if you are interested in it as well, please just let me know!
