A/C & furnace work great. Power roof vent & skylight in bathroom. Outdoor kitchen (sink, refrig, gas grill) Outside shower. DOORS, not curtains to bedrooms. Large bunk house sleeps 4. One bed can convert to sofa. Outlet for TV & USB. Everything works as it should. No exterior damage. Roof inspected yearly. Pulls nicely.

Also, if you've never owned a camper before - we find it best to have the dinette on the side that overlooks our camp spot (psgr side). (Why would you want to look at your neighbors???)
