Newly Purchased 2021 Grand Design Reflection Model 297RSTS. Rv was purchased in Late Sept. 2020 from Lazy Days Knoxville. The RV is is new condition, there has been no damage or repairs needed. We initially purchased to travel fulltime, however we have decided that we do not want to do this, and is the only reason we are selling the RV. We were in OH for a month, traveled to Savannah and have been here in FL for the last month. The dual AC units have been wonderful in this FL heat, and the fireplace was perfect for those cool chilly OH nights. It operates off electric, and puts out 5000 BTU's,so the heater was rarely needed as the fireplace warms the camper up perfectly. The open floor plan layout has been wonderful for entertaining and just lounging around on those rainy days. There are 6 large windows in the living area that give you an outdoor feel and give plenty of light. There is ample storage throughout, as the cabinets are incredibly deep, and the overhead storage space is incredible. Plenty of charging ports, and the coffee/tea bar keeps your counter space open. No in floor registers, they are all located at the bottom of walls/cabinets. All windows have blackout shades that are soft open. All LED lights in the interior, and the fridge can be run on either electric or propane. There is also an outdoor kitchenette which has a small fridge and 2 stove burner. We will also provide with the RV purchase, a Husky weight distribution/anti-sway hitch, additional electrical cords and supplies, chocks and X-Chocks, Camco 36 gal waste tote.
