One owner RV purchased new in May 2017 though this has the better 2018 floorplan with two doors. The second door allows access to the bedroom when the slide is retracted. Power tongue jack was replaced under recall.

Camper has normal wear and tear, plus the following that I would not consider normal:
- Hole in awning (near edge, does not affect functionality)
- Bathroom door has a quarter-sized piece of veneer come of (don't use scotch tap to hang your kids drawings)
