We have decided to part with our well maintained 2015 Grand Design 385TH. We are the second owners and have owned it since October of 2016 and now that we have moved close to where we vacationed she does not get used as she should. This model features 1-1/2 bath layout with stall shower. The Happi-Jack system in the garage provides 2 queen beds when needed with 1/2 bath access from the garage. She also has a central vacuum and power dustpan for easy floor clean up. The A/V system has 3 integrated audio channels for selective isolation and 4 LCD TV are installed throughout: 50-inch (living room), 42-inch (garage), 32-inch (master) and 27-inch (basement storage on swinging mount).

Outside she is equipped with a 6-point hydraulic automatic leveling system, 5500kW generator, whole house water filter, and slide toppers on each of the 3 slide outs.

Since ownership we've added the 3rd 13,500BTU AC unit in the garage integrated into the main thermostat, a TV in the storage compartment, new Hercules tires, replaced both 8000# axles, springs and brakes. Generator is freshly serviced and she comes complete with a Reese 22K fifth wheel hitch and other items so she ready to use right away.
