Jayco Eagle 29FBS has been owned since 2009 and barn kept outside of limited use by a family with different interests, needs, and opportunities. Camper was taken outside last Aug for service work (detailed below) and has now been tarped for winter. 2/3 kids grown and the third one is doing 4-H animal shows, so need to change the shape of our trailer to one for animals w small sleeping quarters.

Tires in great shape, and unit come with equalizer hitch included, and space for 2 aux batteries (have not replaced), spare tire rack in the back (cat not included), supported by manual scissor jacks, 6 gallon water heater, has outside gas grill w/ attachment and exterior shower, automatic awning over slide out for dinette and living room, and a wide manual awning over front entrance. Front has slight hail damage on upper top front only. Recent AC service work last fall and is now blowing cold air, new seals in plumbing gates below, and fresh antennae service completed.
